Tango Reserve by AgilQuest's Open Presence Listener gives organizations the ability to cap-
ture presence through a passive and automated user experience that delivers operational
and strategic data.
Why an Open Presence Listener? If you,
• don't want users to make reservations but want presence data,
• want to track presence without making users manually check-in,
• want to automate check-in,
• want another source of more accurate presence data besides
users checking in to reservations,
then this integration is for you!
First, the SOURCE uses the RESTful API to receive personally specific
presence events. Sources could include,
• Access Control Systems
• Mobile App Geofence
• Biometric Sensors
• Network Logon
Then, the source gathers and sends the following INFORMATION:
• WHO (Personal Identifier: User ID/Email)
• WHERE (Portal ID/Location)
• WHEN (Date and Time)
• WHAT (Event Type: Check-in, Check-out, Other)
• HOW (Portal Type: Badge, Turnstile, Chair, Network. Biometric)
The Open Presence Listener receives the information and presents it in Reserve as,
OPERATIONAL DATA
A single event triggers an action in Reserve
like, automatic check-in or cancel if no-show
STRATEGIC DATA
Batched events are sent to Reserve
Analytics to report presence and utilization
