Interactive Floorplan, Calendar view, and List view. See when
the room is available with calendar view. Make it easy to find the
perfect workspace or conference room location with the Floorplan
view. And search the list of rooms that have a certain amenity or
attribute with the List view.
Desktop
My Teams lets you choose the coworkers you work with most of-
ten so that their workspace reservations and status are right there
on your home screen making it easy to keep up with them.
When you hop onto the desktop platform of Tango Reserve by AgilQuest there are quite a
lot of actions you can take. From the homepage you can quickly create a reservation, look
for a particular office location, or find a room with a certain amenity. You can also find your
teammates and let them know what you are up to.
Keep your boss and coworkers in-the-know by updating your
status. With the Update Your Status feature, you can let everyone
know whether you are on vacation, working from home, in a meet-
ing, and more. Plus, it's easy to see what everyone else is doing
when they, too, have their statuses updated.
Search for people, assets, and locations using the search bar on
the home screen. This makes it easy to quickly find where a co-
worker is sitting and what their status is, an upcoming reservation,
and an asset you are looking to reserve.
