In addition to enabling more flexibility for employees, the technology also increases the flexibility of the space. "We can take space and make it a neighborhood one day, and then we can release it and use it for individual desks that people can reserve another day," said Dawn Crisson, Booz Allen's technical lead for the AgilQuest application and the liaison between facilities and AgilQuest. C O M 1 3 On top of allowing for much more flexibility with the space, the platform also allows for Booz Allen's employees to connect in new ways. Scherer praised the seamlessness of knowing where and with whom you're going to work, and what you're going to be doing. And that frictionless connection doesn't stop once an employee books his or her space for they day: "We focus a lot on being able to very quickly bring in your laptop, get the information that you want to share up on the screen where others can see it, and do that within 30 seconds," said Scherer. "You are now being more efficient and connecting in a better way so that more ideas can flow, and using that time, and being very productive. That's what technology can allow."
