Leading Brands Use AgilQuest To Drive Savings & Engagement Company Overview A member of the 'top five" accounting firm, RSM US has over 10,000 employees spread across more than 40 offices nationwide. The Problem Facing pressure on services margins and increased competition, the firm began a firmwide initiative to reduce operating costs. After implementing AgilQuest's classic product in 2016, RSM was looking to improve the overall user experience and streamline the booking process for meeting rooms. The Solution RSM opted to migrate to AgilQuest Forum and leverage features like MS Exchange integration and QR codes to provide users an improved user experience. Using Forum, the firm is able to measure the actual use of their entire real estate portfolio and use the findings to justify a workplace change and develop a company-wide occupancy plan. The Results In under six months, RSM completed its migration to Forum in 40+ locations, delivering a new and improved user experience for employees. As a result, RSM employee productivity has increased and employees now have maximum flexibility in choosing when, where and how to work every day. Company Overview The General Services Administration is an agency of the U.S. government, supporting the functioning of federal agencies. It employs roughly 12,000 federal workers and oversees the management of $500 billion worth of federal government property. The Problem With an executive order mandating that federal agencies shed unused office space, reduce cost and promote flexible workstyles, GSA needed to set and manage a new workplace standard for all federal employees. As a first step, the organization needed to consolidate all GSA's D.C. area employees into a single location. The Solution GSA deployed AgilQuest's technology to gather and evaluate space utilization and employee habit data, decoupling physical location with work status in a move towards a flexible workforce arrangement. The Results GSA reduced six leases into a single headquarters, saving over $30 million dollars annually on lease costs and shared services while promoting a flexible approach to work for employees. "We transitioned from having fixed, assigned spaces to having a very dynamic and flexible and movable work environment." Chuck Hardy Chief Workplace Officer, GSA "I am a huge fan of the team, the product, and what they represent… Every month, the technology and reporting within the tools gets better and better." Melissa Scales Project Coordinator, RSM US LLP
