The Problem - Making Room for Growth Without More Space
As the firm brought on new locations through acquisitions and planned for growth, they also decided
to review many current leases, consolidate space, and renovate from high cubicle walls to modern,
low cubicle walls for a more collaborative work environment.
The firm needed a way to offer more flexibility to their employees, while optimizing the space they
had, as some locations were quickly running out of space to accommodate their growth. They also
needed a solution to manage meeting rooms that had digital sign hardware options and the ability to
use Exchange for booking collaboration space.
The Solution - Hoteling & Easy Tools
The firm selected Tango Reserve by AgilQuest as
the best tool to support flexibility, manage their
conference rooms, and optimize their workspaces
for growth. They installed Windows 10 based
digital signs and used the integration with MS
0365/Exchange to create a seamless meeting
room booking experience.
With a new hoteling program in place, employees

space and having to use yet another piece of
