Global Enterprise Platform Fact Sheet Integrations AgilQuest is hardware agnostic and can integrate with a variety of third-party hardware. AgilQuest also inte- grates with MS Exchange and a MS Outlook add-in will be available in October 2020. The below describes how language is controlled and presented for each type. Desk and Wall Panel Signage – Manufactures (i.e. Crestron, Steelcase, etc.) control their interfaces. AgilQuest cannot translate these. AgilQuest passes customer-entered data in the language entered. MS Exchange – AgilQuest has no control over the language presented in MS Exchange. AgilQuest passes customer-entered data in the language entered. Scale and Performance Providing global capabilities goes beyond language translations, dates, and currency. The AgilQuest enter- prise platform was designed to accommodate large global customers while not compromising perfor- mance or the user experience. • For large data sets like locations, users, or assets, AgilQuest uses a combination of "Type-Ahead" and "Partial Match Search" functionality which enable the user to quickly find their desired value. This eliminates long, unmanageable picklists improving the user experience. • To ensure high performance for large data sets, AgilQuest controls the pagination of data to opti- mize the response time. • The AgilQuest Forum architecture was designed for optimum load balancing and performance for enterprise level customers. Currency AgilQuest provides the option to present pricing using the symbol for US Dollars, GB Pound, or Credits (customer derived "currency"). Other symbols can be added upon request. The currency is set when an item is priced. Public vs. Private Translations All translations provided by AgilQuest are immediately available to all customers once loaded. However, we allow each customer to make Private Translation addi- tions or modifications unique to their Forum. Time Zones and Date Formats AgilQuest subscribes to an industry time zone library service which makes all time zones available and auto- matically adjusts to regional changes such as daylight savings. AgilQuest associates the regional date format, ei- ther MM-DD-YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY, to a language. AgilQuest will then automatically present the asso- ciated date format to the user based on the user's selected language. The date format can be overridden in the customer's Forum (private database instance) to accommodate any changes. Time zones are auto assigned to a location via Google based on the building address.
