Managers can ensure that meeting spaces are available to the relevant teams by implementing department-based access rules. Firms can build more advanced workflows for restricted meeting rooms, such as if the room has not been booked by its designated department for that day then the space becomes available for another department to book, maximizing space utilization with custom rules. • Tracks granular utilization data from multiple sources. AgilQuest can capture occupancy data from existing building systems, such as access control systems and Wi-Fi networks, as well as from occupancy sensors. This approach allows firms to gain an understanding of space utilization without having to invest in and deploy sensors throughout the workplace. Integrating with the Wi-Fi network enables firms to geo-fence sites and build advanced workflows, such as only allowing employees to check-in to spaces once they are on site. Firms can then track the utilization of assets and compare it against reservations to determine which assets are commonly utilized, reserved but not utilized and not reserved. Furthermore, this reservation tracking functionality supports managers in their efforts to ensure that employees are adhering to desk reservation rules, guiding managers to implement stricter rules or provide training where necessary. • Offers tools to quickly identify individuals' asset use and presence. Tango leverages its multi-source occupancy data approach to provide detailed presence data on individuals. By inputting an employee's data and a date, managers can see a graph showing all the places, assets and co-workers an individual interacted with five days before and after the specified date. This helps managers gain an understanding of individual asset and co-worker preferences, as well as with contact tracing in the event of a positive COVID-19 result. In the long-run, Tango plans to use these data with its advanced analytics engine to recommend spaces to users based on what spaces they usually book, at what times and with whom they usually interact. • Integrates with building systems to drive automation workflows. Tango Reserve by AgilQuest leverages a RESTful application programming interface (API) to integrate with third-party solutions and building systems. The platform commonly integrates with building HVAC, lighting and control systems to enable intelligent workflows, which can reduce costs. For instance, the US General Services Administration (GSA) integrated its building systems with AgilQuest, enabling HVAC and lighting systems to automatically turn on when an employee with a reservation in that area badges into the building. If an employee badges in without a reservation, AgilQuest will require them to make one and building systems will stay offline until the reservation is made. These smart, integrated workflows improved employees' workplace experiences and provided the GSA with an additional 10% in energy savings. • Helps employees plan productive days in office. Tango Reserve by AgilQuest provides employees with an intuitive web page to book rooms, providing a list of previous reservations to enable quick bookings. Employees can create their own teams on the platform, selecting the co-workers they interact with the most. The web dashboard can show employees the status of their team members, such as if they are out of the office, their hybrid working schedule and any upcoming space reservations. This functionality enables employees to identify the ideal days to go into the office and which spaces they should book to maximize productivity and collaboration. Take the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reporting an increase in worker productivity due to the increased use of mobile apps. Furthermore, when employees book meeting rooms, the platform will automatically add key team members to the reservation to simplify collaboration.
