On top of providing space utilization dashboards for managers, AgilQuest also provides employees with
dashboards containing metrics about their own space usage. The personalized dashboard shows
employees the most popular days and times at their location and upcoming reservations, allowing
employees to strategically plan office visits based on popular days and times, as well as improve their
personal space usage. Furthermore, the dashboard shows employees a historical view of the total
number of reservations, cancellations and no shows, enabling employees to improve their usage of
AgilQuest's room booking solution and reduce the number of cancellations or no shows.

Workplace Management
The AgilQuest acquisition brings new functionality to Tango's platform, such as employee collaboration tools and
enhanced workplace management capabilities (see Figure 2). Hybrid workplace software has evolved over the
past five years from basic space booking to personalized criteria-based reservations and dynamic space
planning (see Verdantix Smart Innovators: Hybrid Workplace Software). This new offering helps Tango respond
to the growing demand amongst firms for technology solutions that:
• Provide granular space and asset utilization data.
AgilQuest's multi-source approach to occupancy data gathering provides firms with precise and granular
utilization data. In the 2021 Verdantix survey with 285 corporate real estate and facilities managers, 58%
of respondents ranked improving the analysis of building data to maximize insights as a high priority over
the next 12 months (see Verdantix Global Corporate Survey 2021: Smart Building Technology Budgets,
Priorities & Preferences). Firms are looking to better understand space utilization in order to build more
complex workflows for space access and permission rights. Combining AgilQuest's rich presence data
with Tango's advanced floorplan modelling tool will enable firms to design floorplans and allocate
departments based on multiple inputs, such as real estate objectives (for example, minimizing square
footage or reducing cost), individual asset usage and collaboration requirements from different teams.

In the 2021 Verdantix corporate survey, 50% of firms planned to invest in software to support employee
experience in the workplace. In this generation of hybrid workplace strategies, firms are looking for
solutions that offer criteria-based space booking, wayfinding, integrations with third-party systems and
tools to book assets and services. Tango Reserve by AgilQuest integrates with a range of digital signage
solutions, from QR codes for desk booking to lobby kiosks that help employees find teammates, spaces
