You've got plenty of meeting space that is

open areas for unscheduled meetings and pro-
working sessions. You've done surveys and utilization
studies. Your staff is trained in using the new state-
of-the-art booking system.

being available? Even the best of meeting space

Look for simultaneous reservations by the same person. One
person can't be in multiple meeting rooms at the same time.

"just in case" or "even since meetings have been cancelled
or changed."
