Obtaining an Executive Sponsor Almost everyone is interested in mobile working, but projects that succeed are the ones that have an execu�ve champion with a defined budget who knows how to measure success. Projects without a sponsor and budget o�en fail because management doesn't understand the value proposi�on. If the project team is unable to demonstrate the ROI of a flexible workplace, the project will likely stall. An ideal sponsor has some of the following characteris�cs: • A vested interest in the success of the program • Manages the business group which will be most affected by the program • Understands the value proposi�on • Has enough influence to make decisions s�ck • Will champion the program internally, and communicate its benefits to peers
