Understanding Change Management Issues
Mobility and flexible working impact mul�ple departments, even tradi�onally sta�c
employees. Your project team needs to be composed of leaders from within many
different departments, and these leaders need to understand that flexible workplace
is, above all, a change management issue.
A good project team has representa�ves from the following departments:
• Human Resources
• Facili�es
• Real Estate
• Informa�on Technology (depending on requirements of your so�ware)
• Telephony
• Legal
• One or more of the benefi�ng line organiza�ons
For smaller organiza�ons, some team members could func�on in several of these
roles.
