Departmental Concerns and Roles
Each department or organiza�onal role will bring different goals to the project.
Whether those goals are to accelarate profitability, or make employee work lives
happier, the important task is to insure that each departments understand that the
program will affect everyone in the company.
To make a workplace change, each department must remember the main objec�ve is
to facilitate the program. A�er all, the program must succeed in order to meet each
departmental goal. In order for it to succeed, everyone must be effec�ve in
communica�ng and implemen�ng their part in the project.
