Workplace reservation software maker AgilQuest has announced the integration of the Intel Unite® solution with its popular SaaS Forum room booking software. The Intel Unite® integration for AgilQuest’s Forum enables users to kick-start any meeting, eliminating setup time that eats into productivity. Users can now book a room and check in via digital sign, mobile app, or web browser and simultaneously launch the Intel Unite® app to wirelessly connect displays, employees, and mixed technology environments so a team can share and collaborate seamlessly.
Additionally, with the use of Intel’s Market Ready RoomKiosk, which runs on the AgilQuest platform, employees can instantly schedule and reserve time in meeting rooms and workspaces using a flat interactive display panel outside each room.
Based on AgilQuest’s metrics, the use of AgilQuest’s Forum with the Intel Unite solution, saves an average of 9 minutes of meeting prep-time, which swiftly adds up to numerous hours across an organization each week.
