What's New in OnBoard 5.7

The OnBoard Workplace Management system is already a leader in providing freedom and flexibility in the workplace while saving money, all by putting more people in fewer desks. The latest version, OnBoard 5.7 builds on that promise with new features and upgrades that make this the most reliable, secure and easy-to-use version to date.

The first thing that current users who upgrade to 5.7 will notice is the new, more modern looking interface design. The new look is a welcome improvement to the user experience that makes navigation easier and more intuitive while retaining the same trusted functionality. 

Continuing the trend of improved usability, OnBoard has several new features. “Near Me” search allows users to filter meeting and conference room options by proximity to their reservation. This greatly resuces the time and effort needed to find a nearby, usable conference room.

Also added to the meeting or conference room search in OnBoard, room details can now include photos and floorplans as clickable thumbnails, which expand to full-size.

OnBoard 5.7 is more secure than ever with several enhancements to the system after a careful analysis with Veracode. Password vulnerability is reduced and several updates have been made regarding script execution that give clients further protection.
